AAA101: This class of fig consisting the biggest, open mouth fig which has a light color and in local language is called Parak. This class is the best quality so has the highest price among the others and usually is used inside Iran, where people love this fruit and eat them in different occasions.

AAA: The difference between AAA and AAA101 is the percentage of opened mouth fig. The percentage in lowered to 30%.

AA101: This quality class of the fig consisting of some little smaller sized figs than AAA class. The color is white and yellow and the sized of each is around 22mm.

AA: The quality and the size is the same as AA101 while the percentage of open mouth fruit is around 30% in this class.

A101: The dimension on these quality class of fig in even smaller than the two mentioned class while the number 101 means that is has a high quality and most of them has open mouth with yellow and white color and keeping the fantastic taste. Size is between 15 to 22mm.

A: In this class, there are some litter lower quality fig with darker color but good taste. Most of the fig in this class has close mouth.

B: Size of the fig in this class Is small and between 10 to 14mm. This kind of fig is suitable for processing and making different kind of food from it like marmalade, cookies, jam…

Damp fig: Damp fig is available in different size package as below:
200gr/ 250gr/ 400gr. This kind of packed damp fig are made of A and B sized fig upon request.
